Silent partners

In Miami in the 80s, Valentine is an experienced killer eager to get out of the game. To escape, he becomes part of a scheme for insurance fraud by the Chicago Mafia. Teaming up with his enemies and being targeted by an honest undercover cop, he realizes that tacit cooperation can be much more dangerous than money.
