Corsica. Treasures of the island

Corsica is the fourth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of the 18 regions of France with a special status — the Territorial Community of Corsica. The island is known for its picturesque coastal towns, dense forests and rocky peaks, the highest of which is Monte Cinto. Almost half of the territory is occupied by a national park with hiking trails, including the famous GR 20 trail, about 180 km long.
